Nothing says summer like fresh sweet berries! What better way to ring in the Fourth of July holiday weekend (or any other summer festivity) than with a festive triple berry fizz mocktail — also know as our Star Spangled Secco ✨

For this simple sipper, all you’ll need is a pretty glass, crushed ice, some fresh fruit and lime, and a chilled bottle of Dry Secco.

Ingredients:

4oz of Dry Secco
10 Blueberries fresh or frozen (plus a few more for garnish)
1 Strawberry sliced (for garnish)
3 or 4 Raspberries (for garnish)
3/4 oz Lime Juice fresh squeezed
1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Basic Simple Syrup Recipe:

1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water

Instructions:

Make the simple syrup. Simply combine sugar and water in a sauce pan over medium heat and stir gently until sugar has dissolved. You can store remaining syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.

Mix up a mocktail.

1. In a mixing glass, muddle the blueberries.
2. Add lime juice, simple syrup and Dry Secco.
3. Add ice and shake together in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled through, about 10 or 15 seconds.
4. Pour mixture into a fresh glass and top off with soda water.
5. Garnish with fresh blueberries, sliced strawberry and raspberries.
