GrĂĽvi Summer Travel Guide: Colorado

GrĂĽvi Summer Travel Guide: Colorado

While our team works all over North America, the heart of Grüvi is firmly planted in Colorado. You’ll find our bevs in bars, restaurants, and stores across the state — a haven for small businesses and great brews.

Beyond business, Colorado is one of the best places to visit during the summer months. While temps tend to stay high (and dry!) the endless opportunities for adventure are enough to keep you here all season long.

Summer in the Rockies

Whether you’re already here or 4 states away, we highly recommend making a visit to the Mile High State and enjoying some of our favorite summer activities.

1. Catch a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater

This should be on your bucket list no matter where you live. But if you can’t make it to a show while in town, we highly recommend making the drive to Red Rocks for a visit.

It’s well worth the trip and there’s plenty to explore, even without a concert. We also highly recommend Yoga on the Rocks — a unique outdoor yoga event and a great option if concerts aren’t your vibe.

2. Get your heart pounding on a hike

Did you really visit Colorado if you didn’t go for a hike? Absolutely not. And while there are literally thousands of routes to choose from, some of our favorites are St. Mary’s Glacier on James Peak and Garden of the Gods, a park with hikes for every ability level.

3. Cheer on the Rockies at Coors Field

If you have some time and there’s a game on the schedule, it’s hard to beat a Sunday afternoon watching the Rockies play at Coors Field, which is conveniently located right in the middle of downtown. After the game, head to Viewhouse across the street for great food, rooftop views, and a selection of Grüvi bevs.

4. Float Boulder Creek in an inner tube

Between the desert climate and sky-high elevation, Colorado can get hot in a hurry. Luckily, you can cool off while floating down Boulder Creek in an inner tube. Pro tip: Pick up a pack of Grüvi at Lolita’s Market before heading over to keep cool while you float.

5. Indulge at the Denver Central Market Food Hall

If you’re hoping for the true foodie experience, look no further than the Denver Central Market — an airy marketplace with a host of vendors serving up delicious, small-batch food and bevs. It’s especially great for a group, as there’s something for everyone.

6. Immerse yourself in art at Meow Wolf

The team at Meow Wolf creates immersive, multimedia experiences that are as trippy as they are intriguing. Come with an open mind and a desire to explore, this unique experience will expand your creativity and spark joy in surprising ways.

7. Sip GrĂĽvi on the roof at Avanti

Drinking on patios is a way of life here—and the best possible way to kick off your weekend. Avanti on the Riverfront is one of our faves due to the massive outdoor space, great vibes, and huge menu, which includes 8 frozen cocktails and both Grüvi sparkling wines.
