HOLIDAYS: How quickly will my order be shipped during the week of Black Friday and Cyber Monday?

Orders placed during this period will take up to 3 days to ship. Shipping will return to normal by December 8th. Thanks for your order and for waiting a little longer for your delivery! 

HOLIDAYS: When is the last day to place an order for Christmas?

We recommend placing your order by noon on December 13th for Standard Shipping or noon on December 18th for Expedited Shipping. 

As much as we want to ensure your Grüvi beverages arrive on time for gifts and for the holidays; there are no guarantees by carriers for delivery by or on a particular day. This applies even to two-day express shipping. 

However, if you order by the above cut-off dates then there is a high likelihood that your order will be delivered before Christmas.

HOLIDAYS: I'm looking forward to Dry January; when should I stock up?

Please place your orders by December 19th if you want Grüvi on hand for January 1st. Keep in mind there is no guarantee by carriers for delivery by a particular day but it is estimated that orders placed on or before this date will be delivered by New Years Eve. Is there any alcohol in your drinks?

Gruvi Secco & Rose are not fermented and never contained alcohol. We do use natural wine flavorings that can have trace amount of alcohol (0.1%). Gruvi Red and Sangria are de-alcoholized wines, typically ranging from 0.3-0.4% alcohol. Every batch goes through the highest level of tests to ensure safety.

Grüvi beers are brewed using a process called arrested fermentation, which stops the brewing process before alcohol is produced.

Trace amounts of alcohol can be found (similar to kombucha), though our tests typically have our Juicy IPA at 0.3% ABV. All beers are tested to be under 0.5% ABV.

So then how is it still beer?

Grüvi beers are beer, just without the alcohol. Our brewing process still utilizes malted grain, hops and a form of fermentation. The ingredients are all the same, but the alcohol is not.

Are any of your drinks gluten-free?

Yes! Both our Dry Secco & Bubbly Rosé are completely gluten-free. In addition, our IPA and Golden Lager are gluten-reduced, with less than 10 ppm per serving. Since they are still brewed in the same facility as gluten containing products, anyone with severe allergies should be aware of any additional risks.

Are your drinks vegan?

While nearly all of our products are vegan, our Mocha Nitro Stout contains small amounts of lactose, which is derived from cow's milk.

What are the "natural flavors" in the wines?

Natural flavours are extracts from the essential oils of fruit, plants and herbs. This ingredient item allows us to include many extracts in our recipe without having a long ingredient list. It also allows us to keep our recipe proprietary. Most importantly we receive the gfsi (global food safety initiative) certification as we purchase all our ingredients gsfi certified businesses.

How long will shipping take?

We ship by Fedex or UPS Ground which takes around 3 days to most places throughout the US. We aim to get every order out from our warehouse within 3 business days after the order is placed.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately, beer and wine are heavy products, and that reflects on our shipping rates. While we are a new company, we are continually working to make shipping as low as we can. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about price drops, and note we offer free shipping on orders over $49!

What do I do if my order is damaged?

With the nature of our products, there is always a chance your order may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged order, please reach out to cheers@getgruvi.com 

We will ensure you get your damaged product replaced or refunded as soon as possible.
